What is a tuxedo cake?

Tuxedo cake is a chocolate cake with dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and fudgy brownie pieces in between. It is finished with chocolate ganache. This recipe is based off the Costco (Kirkland) brand Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake. It is one of my favourite cakes ever and is a chocolate lover’s dream.

What kind of mousse do you put on a chocolate cake?

Following that is another creamy mousse layer, however, this one is a white chocolate and vanilla mousse to compliment the dark chocolates beneath it.
