Awesome, awesome, awesome. Cuisinart comes through with the great appliance. I have had it for 3 weeks and have used it at least 2 – 3 times a week. Heats up in 5 – 7 minutes to 500 degrees to roast or brown. After slow cooking on low, you don’t have to remove the juices to another pan on the stove to make the gravy.
