Ingredients:
- Potato
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Scrub the potato under cold water and dry with a towel.
- Pierce the potato a few times on each side with a fork.
- Place the potato on a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave on full power for 5 minutes.
- Turn the potato over and microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the potato from the microwave and cut in half lengthwise.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mash up the inside a little with a fork.
