Q: Can I substitute regular milk for plant-based milk in this recipe?
A: Yes, you can use plant-based milk like almond or soy milk as a substitute.
Q: Is it necessary to use a kitchen mixer for this recipe?
A: While a kitchen mixer makes the process easier, you can also knead the dough by hand, though it may require more time and effort.
Q: How do I know if the dough has fermented enough?
A: The dough should roughly double in size. You can also do the poke test: gently poke the dough with your finger, and if the indentation stays, it’s ready.
