Garlic Oysters Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 10 Oysters
  • 2 heads of Garlic
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4 small Chili Peppers
  • 1 spoon of "Tai Tai Le" Abalone Oyster Sauce (Banquet variety)
  • 2 spoons of "Tai Tai Le Original Fresh" Premium Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 spoon of "Tai Tai Le" Cooking Wine (Banquet variety)
  • Chopped green onions, as needed
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: shuck and clean the oysters, finely chop garlic, chili peppers, and onion.
  2. In a pan, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add half of the minced garlic and cook until slightly golden. Then add chili peppers and onion, cook briefly, and add the remaining garlic. Stir well and turn off the heat.
  3. Mix in 2 spoons of "Tai Tai Le Original Fresh" Premium Light Soy Sauce.
  4. Add 1 spoon of "Tai Tai Le" Abalone Oyster Sauce, mix well, and set aside the garlic sauce.
  5. Preheat the oven. Drizzle each oyster with a few drops of "Tai Tai Le" Cooking Wine.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove the oysters, top each with the prepared garlic sauce.
  8. Continue baking at 200°C for 10 more minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
