- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Garlic Bulb
- 1 Green Onion
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- 15 ml Taotao Le Cooking Wine
- 45 ml Taotao Le Original Soy Sauce
- 15 g Taotao Le Oyster Sauce
- 3 g White Sugar
- 2 g Salt
- 15 ml Taotao Le Fresh Chicken Juice
- 45 g Vegetable Oil
- ½ cup Boiling Water
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add green onion and continue to sauté.
- Add the cleaned crabs and stir-fry over high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Taotao Le cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.
