- Light soy sauce, as needed
- Pepper powder, as needed
- Oyster sauce, as needed
- Tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Sweet flour sauce, 3 tablespoons
- Garlic head, 1
- Cornstarch water, as needed
- Marinate chicken wings with green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and chicken stock for 1 hour.
- Devein shrimp, wash, and marinate with white pepper powder and cooking wine for 30 minutes.
- Prepare your favorite side dishes.
- Fry sauce: Mix sweet flour sauce, soybean paste, and tomato sauce in equal parts, add a little oyster sauce and chicken stock. Cook on heat until fragrant. Add cornstarch water and set aside.
