- Chicken leg meat with skin (250g)
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Tiger skin peppers
- 2 stalks of Coriander
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Chili pepper
- 1 Green onion
- 1 slice of Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Yellow bean paste
- 3-5 grams Salt
- 4-8 grams Master Kong Fresh Chicken Sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
- In a small bowl, mix 3-5g of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar, 4-8g of Master Kong Fresh Chicken Sauce, 2 tbsp of yellow bean paste, and 1 tbsp of light soy sauce. Stir well.
- Fry the fatty meat dices until the oil comes out.
- Fry until they turn slightly brown.
