- 1 mushroom

- Corn oil, as needed
- 1 spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 spoon of light soy sauce
- 1 spoon of cooking wine
- Break the broccoli into pieces and slice the mushroom. Wash them thoroughly.
- Marinate the shrimp with 1 spoon of salt, black pepper, 1 spoon of cooking wine, and a handful of shredded ginger.
