- Water - approximately 200 ml
- Salt - to taste

- Prepare beef slices, Napa cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and Oden seasoning packets.
- Cut tofu into chunks.
- Chop Napa cabbage into chunks.
- Blanch beef slices in boiling water.
- Rinse the blanched beef slices with clean water.
- Layer the bottom of the pot with Napa cabbage.
