- 20 prawns
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 6 Thai chilies, minced (optional for heat)

- Chicken bouillon powder, to taste
- 200g olive oil
- Green onion segments, to taste
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Clean the prawns by removing the heads and veins, and make a slit along the back. In a cold skillet, heat the oil and stir-fry the prawns until they change color. Remove and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat some oil and sauté the minced garlic and Thai chilies.
