- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Chinese sausage (Lap Cheong)
- 1 Red pepper
- 4 Cloves of garlic
- 2 Sprigs of cilantro (coriander)
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chicken bouillon powder
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- Cut the potatoes into thin strips and soak twice in water to remove starch. Slice the red pepper into strips, chop the cilantro, and mince the garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry minced garlic, red pepper, and sausage until fragrant. Then add the potato strips and stir-fry.
- Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Stir-fry over high heat.
