  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Eggs: 4
  • Milk: 30 ml
  • Cheese Slices: 2
  • Avocado: 1
  • Bread Buns: 2
  • Cooking Wine: 1 spoon
  • Sea Salt and Crushed Black Pepper: To taste
  • Parsley Garlic Salt: To taste
  • Olive Oil: 10g
