Norwegian Arctic Cod with Scallion Eggs

- 2 pieces of Norwegian Arctic cod
- Adequate amount of chopped green onions
- 10g cooking wine
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Thaw the Norwegian Arctic cod in advance.
- Beat two eggs, add chopped green onions, and season with an adequate amount of salt and mushroom powder.
- Add a suitable amount of water, stir well and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated cod until cooked.
- Add the egg mixture and cook over low heat until done.
- Plate and serve.
