- Tofu: 100g
- Spring Onion and Ginger: To taste

- Cooking Wine: 1 spoon
- Coriander: 1 root
- Chicken Essence: To taste
- Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon
- Enough Hot Water
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Naturally thaw the cod and pat it dry. Cut into pieces, season with white pepper, salt, and cooking wine. Marinate for 15 minutes.
