- 1 slice of whole wheat thick toast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- A small amount of pork floss (optional)

- Beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Cut the avocado into small slices. Trim the toast into a square shape, keeping the crust.
