- 700g Pork Ribs
- 6 slices Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 10g Green Onions
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 10g Salt
- 2 tablespoons Cooking Wine
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- Favorite Vegetables (as needed)
- 1 Noodle Cake
- Clean and prepare the vegetables.
- Wash the pork ribs and drain. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and ribs, and fry until fragrant.
- When the ribs are slightly browned, add harder-to-cook vegetables like potatoes and fry together.
- Add chicken essence, salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine.
- Add star anise and spices.
- Add enough water to cover the ribs and braise over high heat for 20 minutes.
- Add the noodle cake or wet noodles, whichever you prefer.
- Add leafy greens and cook until the sauce thickens.
