- Potatoes, 2 pcs
- Ginger and garlic, to taste
- Peanut oil, 10g
- Oyster sauce, soy sauce, to taste

- Cooked rice, 1 small bowl
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Clean and cut the beef into small pieces. Soak in water, changing the water midway. Peel and chop the potatoes, and soak them in water.
- Heat a wok, add a spoonful of peanut oil, and stir-fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the soaked beef and stir-fry quickly.
- Add a bit of cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry quickly.
- Add enough hot water (or pork rib soup if available), bring to a boil, then simmer for about an hour until the beef is tender.
- Add the potatoes and continue to simmer.
- Add the curry and continue cooking.
- Cook until the potatoes are soft and the sauce is thick. Turn off the heat.
