- 1 Eggplant
- 100g Ground Meat
- 1 Tomato
- Appropriate amount of Green Onions and Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soybean Paste
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
- 3 cups Rice
- Wash and dice the eggplant.
- Prepare the ground meat (add a bit of oil if needed).
- Finely chop green onions and garlic.
- Blanch the tomato in hot water to peel it easily.
