- 50g Ground Pork
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Wine
- 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce (for marinating)
- 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce (for sauce)
- ½ Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
- ½ Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Starch
- ½ Bowl of Water
- Oil
- Chopped Green Onions
- Doubanjiang (fermented bean paste)
- Chop the cooked pork finely and mix with black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by combining 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of dark soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of starch, and ½ bowl of water. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions and Doubanjiang until fragrant.
- Add the marinated ground pork and stir-fry until evenly cooked.
