- 1 Potato
- 30g Honey
- 8 Chicken Wings (middle section)
- Green Onions, finely chopped
- Ginger slices
- 1 spoon each of Cooking Wine, Soy Sauce, and Honey
- A bit of Orleans Marinade
- Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry. Make a few cuts in each wing.
- Marinate the wings with green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, honey, and a little Orleans marinade. Let it marinate for a while.
- Cut the potato into slightly thick slices.
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the potato slices on it.
