Scallion Braised Tofu
Notes
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 green onion (scallion)
- 15g light soy sauce
- 5g dark soy sauce
- 5g oyster sauce
- 3g fresh chicken juice
- 3g salt
- 5g sugar
- 5g cornstarch
- 100g water
- Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.
- Wash and chop the green onion into small segments, then set aside in a bowl.
- Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fresh chicken juice, salt, sugar, cornstarch, and water to the bowl. Stir well and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the fried tofu.
- Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes, then increase to high heat for 2 minutes.
