- Dried Chili: 5g
- Green Onion: 30g
- Salt: 3g
- Sugar: 3g
- Cooking Oil: 25ml
- Star Anise: 2 pieces
- Light Soy Sauce: 15g
- Bell Pepper: 15g

- Rinse the soybean sprouts clean.
- Chop green onions, slice ginger, mince garlic, break the star anise, and crush with the back of a knife.
