- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 tbsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 5 Dry Chili Peppers
- 1 tbsp Broad Bean Paste (Doubanjiang)
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Essence
