- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 potato
- 1 green onion
- 2 slices of ginger
- 1/2 small white radish
- Dark soy sauce (as needed)
- Oyster sauce (as needed)

- 2 star anise
- 2 bay leaves

- Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 3 minutes, then remove.
