- 1 segment Green Onion (white part)
- 1 Dry Chili Pepper
- 10 Sichuan Peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 grams Salt
- Clean the yellow croaker thoroughly, rinsing several times.
- Heat a pan over low heat, add a little cooking oil, and lightly fry the fish on both sides until set.
- Add garlic, ginger, green onion, Sichuan peppercorns, and dry chili pepper to the pan, frying until fragrant. (Fry on the side of the pan to avoid breaking the fish).
