Q: Why is blanching the dried tofu important in this recipe?
A: Blanching the dried tofu softens its texture and enhances its flavor, making it softer and more fragrant. Without blanching, the tofu can be dry and hard.
Q: Can I substitute the peppers if I don’t like spicy food?
A: Yes, you can use sweet bell peppers instead of spicy peppers to adjust the heat level to your preference.
