- 2g Salt
- 5g Soy Sauce
- 10g Light Soy Sauce
- 2g Black Pepper Powder
- 10g Cooking Wine
- 5g Ginger Strips
- 10g Garlic Slices
- 10g Green Onion Strips
- 5g Cornstarch
- Prepare the ingredients: Debone the chicken leg. Peel and seed the winter melon.
- Cut the chicken leg into thick slices with skin. Remove the skin if preferred.
- Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients.
