I purchased the MEEDEER Slow Cooker in 2022 and have been using it with great success. The healthy meals and easy cleanup have been delightful. However, the instruction manual’s translation presented challenges; “Reserve” was used instead of “Delay,” which was confusing at first. But now, preparing my apples, raisins, and cinnamon breakfast overnight for a 7AM treat is effortless—a truly excellent feature.
This multifunctional cooker comes with a recipe book in English and clear instructions. As a single father, I found this mini slow cooker perfect for preparing quick dinners for my kids. It’s very easy to clean and use. However, some aspects didn’t meet my expectations. The cooker resembles a double boiler with a ceramic pot sitting in hot water, and the loose lids pose a risk of burns, hence the little “hat” for steam protection. Its simplicity doesn’t justify the price for me, and the packaging was quite basic. Although not suitable for my needs, it might be ideal for someone looking to make yogurt or needing a compact cooker.

Despite its sleek design and secure packaging, I encountered issues while cooking beans; they remained hard after five days of intermittent cooking. The machine turns off every hour, and neither the rice nor beans cooked properly following the instructions. On the other hand, it only takes 1-2 hours to make porridge for my baby, using minimal water, which is quite efficient. A separate sale of the inner container would be beneficial. Overall, while it’s powerful, easy to clean, and simple to operate, my experience leads me to not recommend it for everyone. Nonetheless, for single-person cooking, it’s versatile, with a ceramic pot liner that’s easy to clean and doesn’t require concern about toxic materials. Soups, chili, and rice all turned out great when I used it.
