Beibei Pumpkin Steamed Egg Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Beibei pumpkin, 2 pieces
  • Eggs, 2
  • Milk, 100 ml
Instructions:
  1. Clean the Beibei pumpkin thoroughly.
  2. Cut a small lid on each pumpkin.
  3. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  4. Cover with the lid and steam over boiling water for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix milk and eggs until well blended.
  6. Strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
  7. Pour the milk and egg mixture into the pumpkins.
  8. Cover with the lids, steam for 10 minutes, and then let it sit for 2 minutes.
  9. Display the finished dish.
  10. Cut open for easier consumption.
