Black Pepper Roast Pork Skewers
Ingredients:
- 500g Pork (front elbow meat)
- 100g "Tai Tai Le" Black Pepper Barbecue Seasoning
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Wash and cube the pork.
- Place the pork in a bowl, add the "Tai Tai Le" black pepper barbecue seasoning, and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the pork onto skewers and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Once done, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional), and serve.
