Black Pepper Roast Pork Skewers

Ingredients:
  • 500g Pork (front elbow meat)
  • 100g "Tai Tai Le" Black Pepper Barbecue Seasoning
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and cube the pork.
  2. Place the pork in a bowl, add the "Tai Tai Le" black pepper barbecue seasoning, and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the pork onto skewers and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  4. Once done, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional), and serve.
