Chicken and Mushroom Soup: A Home-style Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Half a chicken
  • 4 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 5 red dates
  • 5g goji berries
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 2g salt
  • 800g water
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  3. Rehydrate the dried mushrooms.
  4. Fry the chicken briefly to remove any gamey taste.
  5. Place the fried chicken in a clay pot or a deep cooking pot.
  6. Add the mushrooms, goji berries, and ginger slices.
  7. Add water to the pot.
  8. Stew for about one hour.
  9. Add chicken seasoning sauce and cook for another two minutes before serving.
  10. Enjoy your delicious and aromatic chicken and mushroom soup!
