Chicken Broth Sea Urchin Wontons

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 44 wonton wrappers
  • 50g minced pork
  • 100g sea urchin roe
  • 10ml Tai Tai Le Chicken Broth (divided)
  • 5ml sesame oil
  • A pinch of seaweed
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 spoonful of pepper powder
  • 2 spoonfuls of ginger-scallion water
  • A dash of soy sauce
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Soak ginger and scallions in water to make ginger-scallion water.
  2. Mix minced pork with sea urchin roe.
  3. Add ginger-scallion water and stir.
  4. Add a little soy sauce for color.
  5. Mix in 5ml of Tai Tai Le Chicken Broth.
  6. Start wrapping the wontons.
  7. Create goldfish-shaped wontons, if desired.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix salt, pepper powder, and seaweed.
  9. Add the remaining 5ml of chicken broth.
  10. Add chopped cilantro, then pour hot water over it to create a broth.
  11. Boil water and cook the wontons until they float.
  12. Once cooked, remove the wontons and place them in the prepared broth.
  13. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Broth Sea Urchin Wontons!
