Chicken Sauce Broccoli
Ingredients:
- Broccoli, 200g
- "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Sauce Seasoning, 25g
- Century egg (preserved duck egg), 1
- Salted duck egg, 1
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Shiitake mushrooms, 2
- Cooking oil, as needed
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Clean and cut the broccoli into small pieces. Boil water with a pinch of salt and cooking oil, then blanch the broccoli until cooked.
- Remove and cool the broccoli in cold water, then drain to maintain a crispy texture.
- Peel and chop the century egg and salted duck egg into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, then fry the century egg, salted duck egg, and garlic until they start to foam.
- Add a little water to the pan.
- Include shiitake mushrooms and "Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce Seasoning" (25g), then add broccoli and cook briefly.
- Transfer to a serving dish, pouring the sauce over the broccoli. Your Chicken Sauce Broccoli is now ready to serve.
