Clear Stewed Lamb
Ingredients:
- Lamb: 300 grams
- Cinnamon Stick: 1 piece
- Sichuan Peppercorns: 10
- Bay Leaves: 2
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
- Add water in a pot and boil the lamb with spices. This step is mainly to remove the blood foam from the lamb.
- Once the blood foam forms, rinse the lamb thoroughly with clean water.
- Then, add fresh water to the pot and bring the lamb to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce to low heat and stew the lamb for one hour.
- Finally, remove the lamb, plate it, and garnish with cilantro.
