Codfish and Vegetable Porridge
Ingredients:
- Codfish: 65g
- Rice: 50g
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Lettuce: 2 leaves
- Ginger: 1 slice
- Green onion: 1 segment
- Salt: to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Thoroughly clean the thawed codfish. Place it in a dish with ginger and green onion shreds, and steam it for about 10 minutes (adjust time based on the size of the fish).
- Clean and finely chop the carrot and lettuce.
- Rinse the rice and cook it with the chopped carrot in a pot with an adequate amount of water until done.
- Remove the steamed codfish, discard the ginger and green onion, remove any bones, and break the fish into small pieces.
- Add the codfish and lettuce to the pot.
- Add a pinch of salt, mix well, and continue to cook for five more minutes.
- Serve the porridge in a bowl.
