Crispy Stir-Fried Lotus Root Cubes

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 3 small sections of lotus root
  • Green and red peppers, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fragrant vinegar
  • 5 grams white sesame seeds
Instructions:
  1. Stir-fry minced garlic in a little oil until fragrant.
  2. Add dry chili peppers and stir-fry.
  3. Stir in the lotus root cubes, soy sauce, fragrant vinegar, a pinch of salt, and sugar.
  4. On high heat, stir-fry and then add the sliced peppers and sprinkle with white sesame seeds before removing from heat.

  • Contains vitamins and minerals from the peppers.
  • Low in fat, with moderate calories.
