Crispy Stir-Fried Lotus Root Cubes
Ingredients:
- 3 small sections of lotus root
- Green and red peppers, to taste
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 10 grams of salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fragrant vinegar
- 5 grams white sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Stir-fry minced garlic in a little oil until fragrant.
- Add dry chili peppers and stir-fry.
- Stir in the lotus root cubes, soy sauce, fragrant vinegar, a pinch of salt, and sugar.
- On high heat, stir-fry and then add the sliced peppers and sprinkle with white sesame seeds before removing from heat.
