Cumin Lamb Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 500g leg of lamb
  • 50g cilantro (coriander)
  • Cumin powder, to taste
  • Chili powder, to taste
  • 1 onion
  • Salt, to taste
  • White pepper powder, to taste
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Chicken essence, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Cut the lamb into slices. Add salt, white pepper powder, and a bit of cooking oil. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the lamb until it separates, then add onion strips and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, and chicken essence. Stir-fry over high heat. Add cilantro before serving.
  4. Your cumin lamb is ready to enjoy!
