Delicious Dragon Fish with Tomato Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Dragon fish, 500g
  • Tomatoes, 2
  • Tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking wine, 2 tablespoons
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper powder, ½ tablespoon
  • Cornstarch, 1 large tablespoon
  • Cilantro, 1 sprig
Instructions:
  1. Clean the dragon fish and cut into chunks. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.
  2. Marinate the fish with cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry the marinated fish with tomato sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Add enough water and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn up the heat to reduce the sauce and garnish with cilantro.
