Drunken Shrimp: A Flavorful Home-Style Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 250g Fresh Shrimp
  • 10g Ginger
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Thai Chilies
  • Cooking wine (for boiling)
Instructions:
  1. Clean the shrimp thoroughly.
  2. Trim off the whiskers of the shrimp.
  3. In boiling water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, then add the shrimp.
  4. Blanch the shrimp until cooked, then remove and place them in a marinade.
  5. Let the shrimp soak in the marinade for 20 minutes before serving.
