Drunken Shrimp: A Flavorful Home-Style Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250g Fresh Shrimp
- 10g Ginger
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 Thai Chilies
- Cooking wine (for boiling)
Instructions:
- Clean the shrimp thoroughly.
- Trim off the whiskers of the shrimp.
- In boiling water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, then add the shrimp.
- Blanch the shrimp until cooked, then remove and place them in a marinade.
- Let the shrimp soak in the marinade for 20 minutes before serving.
