Egg and Mixed Ingredients Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 large bowl of leftover rice
- 3 eggs
- 300g lunch meat, diced
- 1 bowl of peas
- 20g vegetable oil
- 10g chopped green onions
- 2g salt
Instructions:
- Prepare ingredients: Use overnight leftover rice, dice the lunch meat, beat the eggs, blanch the peas, and chop some green onions.
- Heat a wok, add a little oil, scramble the eggs until set, then remove and set aside.
- Add a little more oil, fry the green onions briefly, then add lunch meat and fry for 3 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Add the rice, break it apart, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the blanched peas and stir-fry for another minute.
- Return the scrambled eggs to the wok, sprinkle with salt, and stir-fry everything together until well mixed. Remove from heat.
