Garlic Bread Crab
Ingredients:
- 1 Bread Crab
- Generous amount of Minced Garlic
- Green Onions, to taste
- Ginger, to taste
- Cooking Oil, as needed
- Small Hot Peppers, to taste
Instructions:
- Clean and prepare the bread crab.
- Fry the minced garlic in hot oil until fragrant and golden brown. Set aside.
- Steam the crab in boiling water for 20 minutes with a slice of ginger.
- Place the fried garlic on the steamed crab, then sprinkle with small hot peppers and chopped green onions.
- Heat oil and pour it over the green onions and peppers to finish.
