Garlic Bread Crab

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Bread Crab
  • Generous amount of Minced Garlic
  • Green Onions, to taste
  • Ginger, to taste
  • Cooking Oil, as needed
  • Small Hot Peppers, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Clean and prepare the bread crab.
  2. Fry the minced garlic in hot oil until fragrant and golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Steam the crab in boiling water for 20 minutes with a slice of ginger.
  4. Place the fried garlic on the steamed crab, then sprinkle with small hot peppers and chopped green onions.
  5. Heat oil and pour it over the green onions and peppers to finish.
