Garlic Sprouts Stir-Fried with Squid

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 200g Squid
  • 1 Garlic Sprout
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Wine
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 5 Dry Chili Peppers
  • 1 tbsp Broad Bean Paste (Doubanjiang)
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken Essence
Instructions:
  1. Bring water to a boil and blanch the squid with green onion, ginger, and cooking wine for one minute. Remove and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, then sauté ginger, garlic, and dry chili peppers until fragrant.
  3. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry until they start to soften.
  4. Add the squid along with a tablespoon of broad bean paste, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and a pinch of chicken essence.
  5. Stir-fry everything together until evenly mixed and cooked, then remove from heat.
