Home-Style Pork Rib and Mushroom Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Pork ribs (small cut) - 300g
  • Green onion (small) - 1
  • Cilantro - 2 stems
  • Chicken essence - 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking wine - 3 tablespoons
  • Ginger slices - 2
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mushroom soup packet - 1
  • Winter melon - 250g
Instructions:
  1. Soak the mushroom soup packet in warm water for 20 minutes.
  2. Blanch the pork ribs in a pot, remove, rinse with warm water, and place in a soup pot.
  3. Add the soaked mushroom packet along with its water into the pot, and simmer for 50 minutes.
  4. Add the diced winter melon and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Finally, add minced cilantro to enhance the flavor. Your mushroom soup is now ready to be enjoyed!
