Home-Style Roasted Oysters with Vermicelli and Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
- Oysters: 9 pieces
- Garlic sauce: 100g
- Vermicelli: a handful
- Cilantro: 1 stalk
Instructions:
- Cook the vermicelli, cool it down, and set aside. Clean the oysters, removing them from their shells.
- Place the cleaned oysters on top of the vermicelli.
- Generously spread the garlic sauce over the oysters. Adjust the sauce to taste, ensuring it’s not too salty or spicy.
- Add a little water to the dish, depending on the firmness of the vermicelli. Preheat the oven with the upper heat at 180°C (356°F) and lower heat at 250°C (482°F), and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy the delicious aroma throughout your house!
