Home-Style Roasted Oysters with Vermicelli and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Oysters: 9 pieces
  • Garlic sauce: 100g
  • Vermicelli: a handful
  • Cilantro: 1 stalk
Instructions:
  1. Cook the vermicelli, cool it down, and set aside. Clean the oysters, removing them from their shells.
  2. Place the cleaned oysters on top of the vermicelli.
  3. Generously spread the garlic sauce over the oysters. Adjust the sauce to taste, ensuring it’s not too salty or spicy.
  4. Add a little water to the dish, depending on the firmness of the vermicelli. Preheat the oven with the upper heat at 180°C (356°F) and lower heat at 250°C (482°F), and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and enjoy the delicious aroma throughout your house!
