Homemade Banana and Cheese Pizza

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Ready-to-bake flatbread
  • Banana
  • Tomato sauce
  • Corn kernels
  • Diced ham
  • Carrot bits
  • Egg wash
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  1. Wrap a banana with a flatbread and roll it up.
  2. Cut the rolled flatbread into segments.
  3. Place a new flatbread and spread the banana slices on top.
  4. Apply tomato sauce in the center of the flatbread, then sprinkle corn kernels, diced ham, and carrot bits.
  5. Brush the banana with egg wash and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of the flatbread.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven. The baked banana exudes a rich and sweet aroma, complemented by the melting, stringy cheese.
