Homemade Banana and Cheese Pizza
Ingredients:
- Ready-to-bake flatbread
- Banana
- Tomato sauce
- Corn kernels
- Diced ham
- Carrot bits
- Egg wash
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Wrap a banana with a flatbread and roll it up.
- Cut the rolled flatbread into segments.
- Place a new flatbread and spread the banana slices on top.
- Apply tomato sauce in the center of the flatbread, then sprinkle corn kernels, diced ham, and carrot bits.
- Brush the banana with egg wash and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of the flatbread.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven. The baked banana exudes a rich and sweet aroma, complemented by the melting, stringy cheese.
