Honey Glazed Chicken Wings with Potatoes

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Potato
  • 30g Honey
  • 8 Chicken Wings (middle section)
  • Green Onions, finely chopped
  • Ginger slices
  • 1 spoon each of Cooking Wine, Soy Sauce, and Honey
  • A bit of Orleans Marinade
Instructions:
  1. Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry. Make a few cuts in each wing.
  2. Marinate the wings with green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, honey, and a little Orleans marinade. Let it marinate for a while.
  3. Cut the potato into slightly thick slices.
  4. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the potato slices on it.
  5. Place the marinated chicken wings on top of the potato slices.
  6. Brush the wings with the remaining marinade.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 15 minutes. Then, take out the wings, flip them, brush with honey water, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
