Marinated Cooked Ross Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Ross Shrimp, 500g
  • Onion, 1/4
  • Cilantro, a handful
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Bird's Eye Chili, 1
  • Lemon, 1/2
  • Passion Fruit, 1
  • Ready-to-use marinating sauce, 1 cup
Instructions:
  1. Slice the onion and finely chop the cilantro, garlic, and chili.
  2. Blanch the Ross shrimp until cooked, then set aside.
  3. Place the sliced onion, cilantro, garlic, and chili in a container.
  4. Add the marinating sauce.
  5. Mix in the passion fruit and lemon juice, stirring well.
  6. Add the shrimp and let it marinate for a while before eating.
  7. Complete the preparation.
  8. For enhanced flavor, refrigerate for two hours before serving.
