Mutton Chop and Radish Soup: A Hearty Homestyle Recipe
Ingredients:
- 700g Mutton Chops (Rib)
- 900g White Radish
- 6g Salt
- 1500g Cold Water
- 1 Pinch of Chopped Green Onions
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Chop the mutton chops into large pieces, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then rinse to remove blood.
- Peel and cut the white radish into large chunks.
- Place the mutton chops and cold water in a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, skimming off any foam. This should take about 3 minutes. After skimming, add salt, cover, and pressure cook for 20 minutes.
- Release the pressure, add radish chunks, and pressure cook for another 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped green onions for added flavor.
