Norwegian Arctic Cod with Soft Tofu
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
- Green Onion: a suitable amount, chopped
- Cooking Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 2g
- Light Soy Sauce: a suitable amount
- Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Soft Tofu: 1 block
- Cornstarch: a suitable amount
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients as shown in the image.
- Defrost the cod and cut it into small pieces, then coat with cornstarch.
- Pan-fry the cod until slightly golden and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onions until fragrant.
- Add the tofu and stir-fry evenly.
- Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce for seasoning.
- Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce for additional flavor.
- Add a tablespoon of sugar for a balanced taste.
- Add water mixed with cornstarch and stir-fry evenly.
- Put the cod pieces back in, toss evenly, and serve.
- Display the finished dish as in the image.
