Norwegian Arctic Cod with Soft Tofu

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Green Onion: a suitable amount, chopped
  • Cooking Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 2g
  • Light Soy Sauce: a suitable amount
  • Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Soft Tofu: 1 block
  • Cornstarch: a suitable amount
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the image.
  2. Defrost the cod and cut it into small pieces, then coat with cornstarch.
  3. Pan-fry the cod until slightly golden and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onions until fragrant.
  5. Add the tofu and stir-fry evenly.
  6. Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce for seasoning.
  7. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce for additional flavor.
  8. Add a tablespoon of sugar for a balanced taste.
  9. Add water mixed with cornstarch and stir-fry evenly.
  10. Put the cod pieces back in, toss evenly, and serve.
  11. Display the finished dish as in the image.
